New faces on club committee

As most of you know we were unable to fill the posts of Chair and General Secretary at the AGM, added to which we have had two resignations since then. The committee extends the club's thanks to Alex Whitmore (retiring Membership Secretary) and Sarah Pearce (retiring Women's Officer).

However, in true Ratae spirit we have received applications from members all of which have been approved at recent committee meetings. Our new officers are:

Women's Officer Sue Bonsor

Welfare Officer John Davies

The other club news is that thanks to Lesley Allden's initiative we are now registered as a Mental Health Friendly Club. Lesley is preparing a note for members explaining exactly what this means and what they may be able to offer.
